Becoming a Vincent
C.M. Owens

Release Date: June 19, 2017
Genre: Romantic Comedy

When you live in a place where “turbo speed” internet is a slight step above dial-up, men carry on nine-year beard-growing challenges out of stubborn pride, and your brothers do things like nail all your panties to the outside of your cabin just for funsies, you tend to be a little crazy. You can call it a "locational" hazard, if you will. That’s Tomahawk for you. We rank people based on just how crazy they are. And the four craziest families in town are called the Wild Ones. I’m on the bottom tier of those, so technically I’m not as crazy as the other Wild Ones. In fact, if it wasn’t for my brothers and their endless antics, I wouldn’t be considered a Wild One at all. Ahem. Sure. We’ll go with that. Anyway, I have a best friend who endures it all with me. Benson Nolans is my one, constant favorite person. Without him, I’d probably go really crazy, and not the fun kind. It’d be ridiculous, after three years of a flawless friendship, to mess that all up by falling for him. I mean, even if we did get a little too close one night, it’d be reckless endangerment. Even if we did suddenly feel the chemistry that’s always been there and stop toeing the line, it’d be a foolish risk to take. It’d be stupid to start hoping a really fun, but completely irrational, night with zero inhibitions might accidentally happen. Really stupid… Right? *NO cliffhanger *Stand-alone book *Sexual Content *Adult language *Completely, 100% crazy

This book was absolutely, one hundred percent, Fan-FREAKING-tastic! Wilderness Crazies, epically insane beard challenges, and a FREAKING pirate style boat battle with a FREAKING WATER CANNON!! Ok...And maybe some love and sexy time.... I could not put this book down, and it would have been a total crime to do so. The characters are absolutely hilarious, and the little lake town of Tomahawk is exactly where I wanna be. Benson and Lilah were two forces destined to collide. I loved everything about this couple. And her brothers...OMG! Every breathing person should read this book! Just when you think CM Owens has raised the bar the highest it can go, she proves you wrong by hitting you with something just as good, and even more amazing than before. I've said it before, and I'll say it again: this chick writes with a golden pen. I could go on about this awesome story for days. You should feel bad for anyone that had to put up with me while I was reading this book. I've been raging about it since the very first page. The Wild Ones have completely won me over, and I'm not going bad. Crazy is the new black! Muhahahaha!! This is a TOP READ for me, there is no doubt about, BUY THIS BOOK!! Do it. Now!

Oh dear! Watch out, keep your eyes peeled, and definitely become besties with a Wild One! Lol. This book is off the wall wild and outrageously ridiculous. I feel like my last name will be Vincent...perhaps Killian is looking for a Mrs. At the absolute least, I need to move to Tomahawk.

With crazy as a way of life, you will never get bored in this small town. Pranks can seem a bit extreme but nothing is too much for the Wild Ones. (cue the howling)

I'm still laughing at the antics that they get up to and can only imagine how much more fun future installments will be.

Sign me up as an honorary Wild One. I will even make my own flag!

This book was seriously funny. I loved the characters, and the story was great. I almost feel like my family would be in one of those corners. Lol. These characters do things most adults would find hilarious and fun to do. This book had me laughing quite often at all the ridiculous things that happen. The romance was a sweet friends to lovers with an added touch of crazy. And beards.

USA Today Bestselling Author of the Sterling Shore Series, Property of Drex, and Deadly Beauties.
C.M. Owens always loves a good laugh, and lives and breathes the emotions of the characters she becomes attached to. Though she came from a family of musicians, she has zero abilities with instruments; she sounds like a strangled cat when she sings; and her dancing is downright embarrassing. Just ask anyone who knows her. Her creativity rests solely in the written word. Her family is grateful that she gave up her quest to become a famous singer.
