Gia
Riley has been in love with writing romance since high school when she took her
very first creative writing class. From the small but mighty state of Delaware,
she’s a country girl at heart, traveling back to her roots in Pennsylvania as
often as she can.
She’d rather pick truth than dare, bake than cook, and will always choose coffee over tea.
Just like life, her stories always have a mixture of heart and humor.

So
since I love you all, My Little Pretties, I give to you:
Twenty Q's with Gia Riley!
Enjoy...
Where did you grow up?
Pennsylvania.
Are you a morning person, or a night person?
I’m more of a 6pm person. Haha.
Why did you choose to write for the genre that you do?
I’m a
lover of all things romance. To me, love’s the greatest force that exists. It
can bring people together, tear them apart, and heal. Even if we aren’t seeking
it, we radiate it.
What are three things that you would put on your Bucket List?
See
Europe and Australia. Get a tattoo.
What are three things that you always keep handy at all
times?
Hand sanitizer, tissues, and my phone.
What inspires you, or where do you look for inspiration?
The
world around me. I’m a people watcher. Life watcher. You can learn a lot just
by listening.
What is the weirdest thing that you have ever googled?
I’m a writer. The things I’ve googled are both
hilarious and frightening.
What is your most favorite time in History?
The 1940’s.
I’m very connected to this period in time for some reason.
What is the most attractive, and the first thing you notice,
about the opposite sex?
Smile
and eyes.
Who is the first person you call when you are having a bad
day?
My mom
and my best friends.
What kind of drunk person do you turn into when you drink?
Happy
and free.
If you could be any color in the big box of crayons, which
one would you be?
Pink, red, or black.
What do you put on your pizza?
Cheese
and tomatoes! Sometimes mushrooms.
What is your favorite ice cream flavor?
Chocolate
peanut butter!
What is your biggest baddest guilty pleasure?
Reality
TV and donuts.
Do you believe in Ghosts? Aliens? Big Foot?
I
believe in ghosts. And I’ve had an experience in the past.
If only one of your books could be turned into a movie,
which one would you choose and why?
I would
choose Stay Awhile or Drowning. I think the plots are unique and would capture
a wide audience.
What is one food, or drink, that you could NEVER give up?
Chocolate
and coffee. They’re pretty much life.
If you could be on any reality TV show, which one would you
choose?
The
Voice.
Are you a Clutter Queen or a Neat Freak?
A neat freak! Clutter makes me itch.
If you were forced to open a bakery, what would you name it?
Piece
of Cake.
If there was a movie release about your life, who would you
want to play you, who would play your love interest, and what type of movie
would it be?
I would want Melissa McCarthy to play me
because there’d definitely be a lot of laughs in the movie.
See but never smell, or hear but never taste?
See and
hear.
Have the hiccups for the rest of your life, or always feel
like you got to sneeze but never actually do it?
Have to
sneeze. The hiccups get painful.
Always have to speak and write what’s on your mind, or never
be able to speak or write again?
Always have to speak and write.
Be forever itchy, or be forever sticky?
Itchy. I can’t stand being sticky.
Be able to teleport wherever you want, or be able to read
minds whenever you want?
Read minds.
Know the history of everything
you touch, or be able to speak to animals?
History!
